If you are new to renting or even new to renting with us, we have put together this overview to help you understand how the whole process works up to moving into your new home. Finding the right property

All of our properties are advertised on Rightmove and on this website. In most cases, the properties will also have video tours and plenty of photos, which makes selecting a property a breeze. If you are a little unsure on what you are looking for, then give our lettings team a call on 02920 640200 or get in touch here.

Properties to Rent

Book a viewing online

Once you have seen a property you are interested in, you can book a viewing online directly into one of our team's diaries or alternatively we can give you a selection of available times and dates to choose from. We will need to check your suitability for the property, and in most cases you will need a UK based home owner guarantor to rent a property from us. A member of our team will run through our pre-viewing checks with you before confirming the booking and let you know who will be meeting you at the property to view it.

Applying for your tenancy

Once you have found your perfect property you will need to pay your holding deposit as detailed in your tenancy application pack and complete our online tenancy application where you will provide details for your references. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord.

Offer agreed

If your tenancy application is accepted we will organise the following:

  • Conduct a credit check on you and your guarantor
  • Collect references from the referees that you have provided
  • Contact your guarantor
  • Sign the Tenancy Agreement
  • Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)
  • Arrange a move in date
  • Only charges detailed here will be used during the tenancy process (Link to tenant permitted payments)

Moving in

Upon completion, you will be able to collect a set of keys from our office.
