We are 25 years old!

We were pleased to announce our 25th anniversary in April and to celebrate we decided to honour everything good about the 20’s with a 1920s themed celebration last week. 

Having launched in the late 1990s, before the internet was mainstream and before letting agents were a popular sight on the high street, Pinnacle was managing properties on behalf of landlords within the Cathays and Roath areas of Cardiff. The company is unrecognisable from its inception, but has always strived to keep pace with the changes happening both within the industry and the commercial world.

In the last quarter of a century we have seen the dot com boom, internet becoming mainstream, financial crises and recessions, a pandemic and major overhauls in the legislative area of lettings. It has certainly been a bumpy ride at times but one which has made us very resilient and given us opportunities to be creative in how we can support tenants and landlords alike. A huge amount of change has taken place, but we have managed to adapt to every challenge to date. 

Over the years we have fostered a strong family feel to the agency, with staff members ranging from being with us 2.5 years to 20 years, allowing us to build and share a wealth of experience amongst the team. We are very proud that we have a tight knit team and are always looking at ways we can improve our services. 

We don’t take anything for granted and know our tenants and landlords are instrumental in shaping the business and we hope that we will still be here in another 25 years to celebrate once again. So thank you for your support over the years and we look forward to working with you all in the future.
