Welcome to Cardiff Bay

Cardiff Bay is a mecca for those looking for contemporary urban living. Slightly more expensive than some other areas of Cardiff, this area of the city has been regenerated over the last 20 years and developed into a young professional hotspot.

Mermaid Quay is filled with bars and restaurants, from Italian brasseries to French bistros and ice cream parlours, as well as local coffee houses. The Millennium Centre is an impressive building situated in the heart of the Bay. It offers a variety of cultural experiences throughout the year from ballet and opera to touring musicals and shows. Next door is the National Assembly, the home to the Welsh government. It offers daily tours of ministerial goings on. Just across the road a new TV drama village has recently opened and a new media centre is currently being built. A short hop along the link road is the International Sports Village, where you can swim, ice skate and even go white water rafting.

As well as all of the amenities on your doorstep, the proximity to the City centre makes it a great place to live.
